What is Assurans 20 mg?

Assurans 20 mg contains Sildenafil Citrate, a PDE5 inhibitor primarily used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and, in some cases, erectile dysfunction (ED). It works by relaxing blood vessels, improving blood flow, and reducing strain on the heart and lungs.

Uses of Assurans 20 mg:

✔ Treatment of Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH)
✔ Improves exercise capacity in PAH patients
✔ Sometimes used off-label for Erectile Dysfunction (ED)

How Assurans 20 mg Works:

✔ Relaxes blood vessels in the lungs, lowering blood pressure
✔ Improves oxygen supply and reduces PAH symptoms
✔ Enhances blood flow to the penis for better erections (if used for ED)

Dosage & Administration:

✔ For PAH: Take one tablet 2-3 times daily as prescribed
✔ For ED (off-label use): Take one tablet 30-60 minutes before sexual activity
✔ Do not exceed one dose in 24 hours
✔ Swallow with water, with or without food
