Description:
Entavir 1 mg contains Entecavir, an antiviral medication used to treat chronic Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infections. It works by preventing the replication of the Hepatitis B virus, reducing viral load, and improving liver function. This medication is not a cure for Hepatitis B but helps slow down liver damage.
Uses:
Entavir 1 mg is prescribed for:

Dosage & Administration:

Usual Adult Dose: 0.5 mg to 1 mg once daily, based on HBV condition and history of antiviral resistance.

Recommended Dose: 1 mg once daily on an empty stomach (at least 2 hours before or after a meal).

Missed Dose: Take as soon as remembered unless it is close to the next dose—do not double dose.
