Description:

Foracort Inhaler 100 is a combination medication containing Budesonide, a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation in the airways, and Formoterol, a long-acting bronchodilator that helps relax airway muscles, making breathing easier. It is primarily used for the management of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

Uses:

• Prevention & long-term management of asthma

• Treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)

• Reduces airway inflammation & improves breathing

• Prevents symptoms like wheezing, coughing, and breathlessness

Dosage & Administration:

• Adults & Children (above 6 years): 1-2 puffs twice daily or as directed by a doctor.

• Instructions for use:

  1. Shake the inhaler well before use.

  2. Breathe out fully and place the inhaler in your mouth.

  3. Press down the inhaler while taking a deep breath in.

  4. Hold your breath for a few seconds and exhale slowly.

  5. Rinse your mouth after each use to prevent oral infections (thrush).
