Description:

Rexipra 10 mg contains Escitalopram, an SSRI antidepressant commonly prescribed for depression and anxiety disorders. It works by increasing serotonin levels in the brain, thereby improving mood, reducing anxiety, and enhancing emotional well-being.

Uses:

Rexipra 10 mg is prescribed for:

✔ Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) – Helps alleviate symptoms of depression.
✔ Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) – Reduces excessive worry and nervousness.
✔ Panic Disorder – Helps manage sudden episodes of intense fear.
✔ Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) (off-label use) – May help reduce repetitive thoughts and behaviors.

Dosage & Administration:

• Usual Adult Dose: 10 mg once daily, taken with or without food.

• Maximum Dose: 20 mg per day (as prescribed by a doctor).

• Route of Administration: Oral – Swallow whole with water.

• Missed Dose: Take as soon as remembered. If close to the next dose, skip the missed dose—do not double dose.
