Description:
Serobid Rotacaps contain Salmeterol, a long-acting bronchodilator that helps relax airway muscles and improve airflow to the lungs. It is used for the long-term management of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) but is not meant for sudden asthma attacks.

Dosage & Administration:

Adults & Children (above 12 years): 1 Rotacap twice daily, or as prescribed by a doctor.

Use with a Rotahaler—do not swallow the capsule.

Not recommended for children under 12 years.

Common: Headache, dizziness, dry mouth

Less common: Palpitations, muscle cramps, nervousness

Rare: Allergic reactions, paradoxical bronchospasm
Precautions & Warnings:

Not for acute asthma attacks—use a rescue inhaler instead.
