Refund and Returns Policy

We encourage all our valued customers to carefully review our return and refund policy before making any purchase through our platform. This policy serves as a guideline for the terms and conditions we have established on our portal. It aims to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for both customers and us, reducing any potential confusion or inconveniences.

Order Confirmation:

After finalizing your order, but before proceeding to the payment stage, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. This email will include information about the selected medicines and their corresponding prices.

Upon successful placement of your order and payment processing, you will receive a final acknowledgment email from us. This email will include the total order value and the estimated delivery time.

In the event that we are unable to fulfill your entire order due to stock unavailability, we will clearly indicate this in the final acknowledgment email.

Shipping Dispatch Confirmation:

Following the successful placement of your order and the completion of the payment process, you can track the progress of your order on our portal. We will also send you an email confirmation when your product is about to be shipped.

Typically, this shipping confirmation email will be sent within 24 to 48 hours after your final order placement and payment.

The shipment confirmation email will provide you with the invoice number, shipping details, and instructions on how to track your shipment while it is in transit. All the necessary steps will be outlined for your convenience. If you encounter any difficulties or have questions, please feel free to contact our helpline for assistance.

Customs Considerations:

Powpills not only delivers its products within India but also to foreign countries. If you have placed an order as an international customer, please be aware that your package may undergo a customs inspection upon arrival at the airport or port. This inspection can result in additional delays.

It’s important to note that customs checks can take several days to a few weeks to complete, so please factor in this extra time when expecting your delivery.

Delivery Time:

For orders within local and territorial zones, our packages are generally delivered within a few days. However, unforeseen circumstances, such as customs delays, natural disasters, political disruptions, or regional lockdowns, can potentially cause delays.

Under normal circumstances, we do not exceed a delivery time of 15 to 20 working days from the placement of the final order on our portal. Keep in mind that customs checks may impact this timeline. Customers are responsible for tracking their packages, and if a delivery is not received within 15 to 20 days, they should contact us for further assistance.

Reshipping Lost Orders:

While such situations are rare, we cannot predict the future. If your package is lost during transit on our end, we will take full responsibility for re-shipping your order or issuing a refund, excluding taxes and customs duties.

For both local and international orders, if you have not received your package after a maximum of 21 days, please reach out to our helpline. We will arrange for a free reshipment or redelivery, provided that you contact our customer care executive within a maximum of 8 weeks after the final order placement.

Please note that we do not refund or reship packages reported as undelivered after 8 weeks.

Return and Refund Procedures:

In the unlikely event that you receive an order with a broken or tampered seal, please report it within 7 days of receiving the shipment. If you request a refund or return within this timeframe, we will arrange for a reshipment and the pickup of the damaged product after proper verification.

Please be aware that we do not accept return or refund requests after 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
