Product Description & Uses
Monocef 1 gm is a third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections. It is effective against both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria and is commonly prescribed for:
✅ Respiratory tract infections (Pneumonia, Bronchitis)
✅ Urinary tract infections (UTIs)
✅ Skin & soft tissue infections
✅ Bone & joint infections
✅ Meningitis
✅ Gastrointestinal infections (Typhoid, Peritonitis)

✅ Sexually transmitted infections (Gonorrhea, Syphilis)
Dosage & Administration

Adults: 1-2 g/day via IV/IM injection
