Description:

Indications:

Bimat Eye Drop is typically used for:

1. Glaucoma: Reduces elevated intraocular pressure in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension.

2. Ocular Hypertension: It is used to treat increased pressure inside the eye, which can lead to glaucoma if untreated.

3. Cosmetic Use (Eyelash Growth): Bimatoprost is also used to enhance eyelash length, thickness, and darkness (when marketed under a cosmetic label like Latisse).

Dosage and Administration:

• For Glaucoma/Ocular Hypertension:
  The recommended dose is one drop of Bimatoprost (0.03%) in the affected eye(s) once daily, preferably in the evening.

• For Eyelash Growth:
  Apply one drop to the upper eyelid using a clean applicator, once daily in the evening before bedtime. Ensure you apply the drop along the upper lash line, avoiding the lower eyelid.

Important Instructions:

• Use the medication as directed by your healthcare provider.

• Do not exceed the recommended dose.

• Do not use more than once a day, as more frequent use may decrease its effectiveness.

• Do not touch the tip of the dropper to any surface (including the eye) to avoid contamination.
