Description:

Nevanac Eye Drop contains Nepafenac 0.1%, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to reduce eye pain and inflammation following cataract surgery. It works by inhibiting prostaglandins, substances responsible for inflammation, pain, and swelling.

Uses:

✔ Reduces eye pain and inflammation after cataract surgery
✔ Helps prevent macular edema (swelling in the retina) in diabetic patients undergoing cataract surgery

Dosage & Administration:

• Recommended Dosage: 1 drop in the affected eye(s) three times a day, starting 1 day before surgery and continuing for up to 2 weeks post-surgery, or as directed by a doctor.

• Route of Administration: Ophthalmic (for external eye use only).

• Missed Dose: Apply as soon as remembered, but skip if it’s almost time for the next dose.

Side Effects:
