Description:

Duolin Inhaler is a combination of Ipratropium Bromide (an anticholinergic) and Salbutamol (a beta-2 agonist), both of which help to relax and widen the airways in the lungs. This inhaler is used to treat chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma, particularly for individuals experiencing bronchospasm or difficulty breathing due to constricted airways.

Uses:

• Long-term management of COPD

• Treatment of asthma and bronchospasm

• Prevention of breathing difficulties due to airway constriction

• Helps to relieve wheezing, shortness of breath, and tightness in the chest

Dosage & Administration:

• Adults: 2 puffs 3-4 times a day, or as prescribed by a doctor

• Children (6-12 years): 1 puff 3-4 times a day, or as prescribed by a doctor

• Shake well before use. Inhale the prescribed number of puffs directly through the mouth using the inhaler.

• Not for immediate relief of asthma attacks.

Side Effects:

• Common: Dry mouth, throat irritation, coughing

• Less common: Tremors, dizziness, headache, palpitations

• Rare: Severe allergic reactions (rash, swelling), irregular heartbeat
