Description:

Duolin Respules is a combination bronchodilator used to manage chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma. It contains Ipratropium Bromide, which helps relax the airway muscles, and Levosalbutamol, which works as a bronchodilator to open up the airways. This medication is used with a nebulizer to improve airflow and ease breathing difficulties.

Uses:

✔ Management of COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease)
✔ Treatment of asthma and bronchospasm
✔ Relief from wheezing, shortness of breath, and chest tightness
✔ Improves lung function in patients with obstructive airway disorders

Dosage & Administration:

• Adults & Children (above 12 years): 1 Respule (2.5 ml), 3-4 times daily or as prescribed.

• Children (6-12 years): 0.5 to 1 Respule (2.5 ml), 3 times daily, as per doctor’s advice.

• Administration Instructions:

  1. Open the Duolin Respule by twisting off the cap.

  2. Pour the liquid into the nebulizer chamber.

  3. Inhale the mist through a mask or mouthpiece until the medication is finished.

  4. Clean the nebulizer properly after use.

  • Dry mouth

  • Increased heart rate (palpitations)

    Precautions & Warnings:
