Description:

Seretide Evohaler 250 is a combination inhaler designed for managing asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It contains Salmeterol, a bronchodilator that relaxes airway muscles, and Fluticasone Propionate, a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, preventing asthma symptoms and breathing difficulties.

Uses:

• Long-term asthma control

• Management of moderate to severe COPD

• Prevention of wheezing, breathlessness, and chest tightness

Dosage & Administration:

• Adults & Children (above 12 years): 2 inhalations twice daily, or as prescribed by a doctor.

• Shake well before use and inhale deeply using the metered-dose inhaler (MDI).

• Rinse mouth after use to prevent oral thrush.

Side Effects:

• Common: Sore throat, cough, headache

• Less common: Tremors, muscle cramps, dizziness

• Rare: Oral thrush, irregular heartbeat, allergic reactions

Precautions & Warnings:

• Not for emergency asthma attacks—use a rescue inhaler instead.
