Description:

Seroflo Multihaler 250 is a combination inhaler that contains Salmeterol, a bronchodilator that helps keep airways open, and Fluticasone Propionate, an inhaled corticosteroid that reduces inflammation. It is prescribed for the long-term management of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) to improve breathing and prevent symptoms like wheezing and breathlessness.

Uses:

• Asthma (maintenance therapy)

• Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)

• Prevents asthma attacks and breathing difficulties

Dosage & Administration:

• Adults & Children (above 12 years): 1 to 2 inhalations twice daily or as prescribed.

• Use with the Multihaler device (breath-actuated inhaler).

• Rinse mouth after use to prevent oral thrush.

Side Effects:

• Common: Headache, sore throat, hoarseness, cough
